1. Why are drugs so cheap outside of the US?
-
Governments have strict prescription drug price controls, which are regotiated with all major pharmaceutical companies. We pass these savings directly to you.
-
2. Are international brand medications the same as in the US?
-
Same companies in the US and Internationally manufacture all brand name prescription drugs. Most of the medications are identical. There are some that may look different or have a different name, but the active ingredient is always the same

. Some prescription drugs from abroad are actually
originally manufactured in US and then repackaged for sale internationally. By definition
all International medications are not US FDA approved, however, they do meet rigorous
International standards.

6. Are there any other fees, besides
shipping?
-
No. There are no other fees.
-
7. Can I buy all the medications that
are available in the US?
-
No. We will not ship narcotic, scheduled drugs or controlled substances
(such as Valium, Vicodin, etc.). Furthermore, due to a variety of reasons
some US prescription drugs are not available for sale internationally.
-
8. Do I need a prescription?
-
Yes. A valid prescription from your doctor must accompany your prescription
Order Form.
-
9. How much of the medication can
I buy?
-
You can buy a maximum of 90 days supply of each medication at any one time.
Your repeats however are automatically filled for you with no extra time or
paperwork. It's easy and fast.
-
10. Why do you round up or down the
quantity of medication?
-
For your safety our referred affiliate pharamcies will only ship medication(s) in original
manufacturers sealed containers. All the quantities are rounded up or down
depending on how many are originally packaged by the drug manufacturer in
each container. For example if you are ordering 90 tablets, and manufacturers
bottle contains 100 tablets, 100 will be shipped. If you are ordering 110
tablets, still only 100 will be shipped. When the 90-day maximum supply rule
is in conflict with shipping in manufacturers container rule, manufacturers
sealed container rule takes precedent.
-
11. How do I pay?
-
Depending on which medication you order, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We also accept cheques, however they do take longer to process.
A member of our CSR team will review which payment is acceptable when confirming your order.
-
12. Do you accept insurance?
-
Unfortunately we cannot since the pharmacies are located outside of the United States and cannot
accept foreign insurance. However we can provide you with a
purchase invoice that you can submit to your insurance carrier (which then
may or may not pay for your medication).
-
13. Will my personal information
stay private?
-
Discount Rx Mart and its referral network of pharmacies will not release
or otherwise share any of your personal medical or financial information with
anyone or any entity, other than yourself or your doctor who prescribed the
medications ordered, without your express written consent.
-
14. Why is my credit card
charged by the pharmacy?
-
Discount Rx Mart is a savings group and not a pharmacy. All your medication
charges are billed directly by our referred affiliate pharmacy that provided
you the service.
-
15. Do I have to worry
about exchange rates, customs duty or taxes?
-
No.
